Excellent experience start to finish. From the moment Ben came over to give me an estimate it was obvious that he knew his stuff. He explained everything to me down to building code and materials approval. The whole process was explained to me start to finish. And I’m happy to say there were no surprises. No other company took the time to get that specific on the initial estimate. From start to finish everything was well communicated and all of the staff were professional and pleasant to talk to and work with. My standing seam metal roof came out great and was installed sooner than expected. The attic breeze ventilation system made a night and day difference on keeping my house cool. The AC actually kicks off during the day now. Can’t wait to see my power bill. ~ Michael G

FIXD roofing came to the rescue when our insurance company was going to cancel our home insurance because our roof was over 18 years old. Cody explained each step of the process and with his knowledge of the city codes he was able to determine that we had to separate roofs and only the shingle section needed to be redone. Once we told him to go ahead he rushed in and scheduled and completed the total roof installation in a matter of 2 weeks from permitting to final inspection. Cody does professional quality work. His attention to detail in all aspects: stripping, installing and clean up were excepcional. We would highly recommend FIXD Roofing to anyone having issues with any type of roofing problem. Fixd Roofing did an amazing job installing our new metal roof. From the first meeting with fixed ROOFING, everything was exactly as discussed. There were No hidden fees or delay in schedule. Upon signing a contract, the work began within two weeks. On day one they did the removal and dry in, then we waited for the county inspection ( it passed). Approximately five days later, Fixed ROOFING arrived and proceeded to Fabricate on site and install the new metal roof which was completed in one day. We did have Solar pool panels removed and reinstalled as well as new gutters. The subcontractors that they chose for this were very professional. I highly recommend fix ROOFING if you need a new roof, or repair. ~ Elizabeth L

I recently posted a not so pleasant review about this company, And was not pleased at the initial service, but I realized it was a misunderstanding on my part after talking to the owner, Cody. He immediately arranged a solution to my issue; he was extremely professional, courteous, and he showed a tremendous amount of Empathy. Not many Owners are as attentive as Cody and through my years of dealing with various companies I can say that He demonstrated a willingness to get to the bottom of the problem like I’ve never seen before, so for that I am extremely thankful for his efforts to ensure his customers are happy. From beginning to end a great experience. Ben's initial presentation was impressive and he was able to answer all my questions. The entire job went very smoothly and everything that Ben promised was delivered. The work crew were very hard working and our yard was kept clean of debris. Can't say enough good things about this company and have referred them to many neighbors. Pricing was very competitive and workmanship above and beyond my expectations. From roof tear off to completion was extremely fast. Our roof looks terrific and we have received many compliments. I strongly recommend that you call this company for a quote. I cannot say enough good things about FIXD roofing. Ben and Stephanie were extremely helpful and up front with all information from the start. Ben never tried to upsell me, but only told me straight what probably needed to be done and gave me my options for add-ons with no pressure at all. Stephanie is wonderful! She is super pleasant and great to chat with. Her positive spirit made the paperwork and information side of the house a breeze. Very responsive and understanding with any "bump" in the road on my end. Work was prompt and completed in just a few days (we got lucky with weather!) I rated Fix'd roofing five stars but they were off the charts. This company set the standards for customer experience. Through the entire process from quote to finish Ben communicated everything. As well, they did great work. However where they really exceeded all expectations is through their perfect work, humility and kindness. My mother who is elderly and has tremendous challenges walking and lifting needed to clean the floor because she had ceiling damages, Ben grabbed the broom and swept the floors. He also did many other things without us asking. This company cares about their work and their customers. What I was so impressed with is that he was there through all the struggles she had before the job and after the finish. I only wish they had other businesses. I don't believe I'm the originator, however they are "The Roofers of America." Great working with you and thank you for everything. ~ Andy Z

I Discovered a roof leak just prior to me leaving for a prolonged trip away from my home. FIXD responded immediately, doing a thorough evaluation of the damage needing repair, and gave a reasonable estimate for the work. They completed the job quickly despite having to endure a terrible rainy period in the midst of unseasonable heat. Their responsive actions prevented me from suffering catastrophic damage with rampant mold which often follows these roof failures in southern Florida. In short, they were professional, thorough, and completely honest not advantaging themselves from my predicament. ~ Bill

From their Sales and Office Personnel to the teams of men who removed the old roofing material to the installers of the new tiles, each knew their job and did it well. I highly recomend FIXD roofing. My new standing seam metal roof looks awsome! FIXD made the process quick and easy. Great communication throughout the process and if I had any questions they were there to answer at anytime. I received many quotes looking for the right company and price, and ended up getting both, a great price and great roofer. From date of permit application submitted to final inspection was three weeks. Everybody from tear off of the old, to installation of the new was very polite, skilled, detailed oriented, and made sure everything was cleaned up after. ~ Chris B

Cody, the owner of the business, came the next day and inspected the roof. He gave us a verbal & written estimate by email. I was impressed because every component (down to the nails) used in the process, both the removal & replacement was specified. I signed the contract. As soon as I received HOA approval the work commenced. One day for removal, one day for the complete new roof. It looks beautiful. Cody & his crew were efficient & thorough. We had a leak in our roof. Cody at Fix’d roofing came out right away and gave an estimate for the repair and got the work done quickly. He was very good about keeping us informed of the timing of everything and always showed up when he said he would. We had a solar panel that needed removal and replacement. He had a guy from Solar Services Professionals for that as well who again showed up when Cody said he would and did a great job too. Even though it was a small area to repair Cody came in with a crew and had it all done in a few hours. I would recommend Fix’d roofing to everyone. ~ Jen F

We chose this company by actually driving around town and looking at new roofs that were put up and searching to see who pulled the permit. When 4 of 6 roofs we liked were done by Fix’d, we knew we had to call! Ben was great explaining the benefits of each material, Stephanie was always helpful with all the paperwork, Cody made sure the guys had everything on time and their team was efficient and left the site clean each day! We had some wood rot and cracks in the fascia over our garage. FIXD Roofing replaced the rotted section, caulked the cracks and nail heads that rusted, then repainted the entire fascia with the exact brand and color of paint required by our HOA. The entire process was professional and painless. Stephanie in the office is polite, efficient, and quick to reply. The owner Cody Rhea, answered all of our questions and made sure our requests were taken care of. The photos provided were the most extensive I have ever seen from a contractor. Instead of assuming that the person doing the job would read the job description, Cody had clear, marked up photos telling them exactly what to do. And of course, we were also provided photos of the job after completion. Most importantly, we appreciated the attention to detail. It looks great! Wow, what an incredibly great experience on all levels! FIXD roofing did a great job providing me with a new roof. I was in North Carolina when I learned my Florida roof was leaking! I contacted FIXED on a Friday and the following Tuesday they were repairing my roof. Anton sent pictures and details at every step. I can’t believe how prompt and professional they were. But mostly they were KIND! They even checked my attic for damage, sent pictures and arranged to make a repair on something else for me because I was out of town.
